Introducing AD Metalwork Solutions

 

Incorporated in 2016 by two founding Directors, AD Metalwork Solutions is an independent, family-run, steel fabrication business. We strive to offer every customer a diverse range of quality metalwork solutions at competitive prices.

We offer a wide range of handcrafted, made to measure traditional wrought iron products including railings, gates, handrails and balustrades. New contemporary design composite clad gates and railings, plus glazed and stainless steel balustrades, balconies and handrails now manufactured. All other bespoke metal fabrication enquiries welcome upon request.

Our central location in the heart of Dudley, West Midlands, ensures easy distribution to the widest possible catchment of the UK. Every ADMS product is manufactured in-house by our highly skilled fabrication team. Their wealth of knowledge and keen attention to detail, ensures every product is of the highest quality.

ADMS have steadily grown to become a significant supplier to the UK Construction Industry. We have many repeat clients now on board thanks to our customer focused ethos. Endeavouring to deliver every client a professional, safety led service, with all products supplied on time and within budget.

David Nicholls

As co-founder of AD Metalwork Solutions, David Nicholls (ISO9606 coding awarded) brings in-excess of twenty years direct fabrication experience to the business.
David works tirelessly to ensure our client's needs are correctly interpreted and all products are manufactured to a quality standard second to none.
His wealth of technical knowledge and continual drive towards customer satisfaction is invaluable.
David is SSSTS accredited & controls AD Metalwork solutions Health & Safety responsibilities under the advice of our external Health and Safety consultant (CITATION).
Ensuring all employees are continually assessed and trained to the latest industry requirements, whilst aiding our procurement of industry recognised accreditations such as SMAS and Construction Line.

David Read

Appointed shortly after formation, David Read has over fifty years experience in the Construction and Engineering Industries, bringing a diverse pool of knowledge & experience to the directorship of AD Metalwork Solutions.
David oversees financial and legal obligations of the business, drawing upon his noteworthy credentials including -BSc (Hons), ACCA, DMS, ONC Building & Construction amongst others to drive continuous growth.
David’s industry experience is well placed, providing the Commercial qualities needed to ensure that both our clients needs are met and that the business strives tirelessly to offer the highest quality products at commercially competitive rates.

Sian Wilde

Sian has been with AD Metalwork Solutions since formation & as a result, has naturally progressed to her managerial position.

From our central office and factory in Kingswinford, you will find Sian organising the day-to-day running of both residential and commercial operations, dealing with dispatch & installations alongside the supervision of both supplier and customer accounts.

Her ever growing product knowledge and natural flair for design makes Sian a real asset when it comes to new products. Sian helps customers bring their ideas to life, offering advice and creating digital designs for quotations.

Jade Wilde

Jade joined the AD Metalwork Solutions central office as administration assistant two years ago.
Daily duties see her working efficiently alongside both the production & management team to ensure business fluidity.

As a client making an initial enquiry, Jade will often be your first contact and help direct your query to the correct person.

Under the supervision of financial director David Read, Jade controls our accounts and manages supplier purchasing.

Production & Installation Team

Our current production team consists of both Senior and Trainee Fabricators, Welders, Finishers & Dispatchers.
The majority of our employees have worked in the industry since leaving school or college and as a result, have a natural flair & established knowledge of manufacturing.

The team deal directly with the day-to-day in take of raw materials, prepping, cutting, drilling & punching the steel pre-fabrication, then assembling, tacking & welding.
Once constructed, fabrications proceed to be ground & cleaned ready for galvanising and the process repeated prior to applying a powder coating finish.
